More Florida Shenanigans: Federal Judge Allows Reduction of Early Voting Days

A Bush appointee, Judge Timothy Corrigan of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, has ruled that there was not sufficient evidence that reducing the number of early voting days from 14 to 8 would have an impact on/disenfranchise black voters. Cutting early voting days has been the pet project of Governor Rick Scott.
