The criminal complaint in the case of Faisal Shahzad, the would-be Times Square car bomber, has been unsealed. Law enforcement has done a very thorough job here detailing Shahzad’s movements, his obtaining the SUV and the fertilizer to create the makeshift bomb, etc. They also get a confession — through good old-fashioned police work, no war required or additional loss of liberties.
