Nwspaper companies have been deliberately undercutting the print portion of their product for at least the past two decades. I’ve watched it happen from the outside in, as it is now in New Orleans, and I’ve experienced it from the inside out.

Questions for the Sunday Talking Heads: Where Were You When This Went Down?

The Sunday Talking Heads include the usual list of suspects and people whose views have proven to be so insightful in the past. So I’d like to ask all the elected and Administration officials the following question(s) about their connection to several BP Oil Disaster stories.

BP Says “NO” to EPA on Dispersants: Who’s in Charge?

Either EPA needs to say, “we’ve examined the response and based on our own investigation we agree that alternatives meeting our criteria are not available and so authorize BP to continue using its dispersant” . . . or . . . EPA needs to say “we do not agree and BP shall immediately cease its use of the dispersant and comply with our order.”
