First the National Organization for Marriage gets all sandy-panties, and now the vegans are going nuts over a natural food coloring, passing the scarlet panic onwards to omnivores. Starbucks just can’t stay out of hot water. Now vegans are upset about natural pink bug juice. Splat!

Hot on the heels of their loss in New Hampshire, those dregs of America, the National Organization for Marriage, are steaming mad and calling for a nationwide boycott of Starbucks.

Last week, Starbucks joined the long list of Washington employers endorsing Washington’s marriage equality bill. The Starbucks statement reflects their years-long commitment to equality. I sent them a “thank you” note, and they replied.
