You know that crazy aunt or uncle or Brother-in-law who sends you crazy-ass mass emails that you take about 15 seconds to debunk on Snopes.com — which you send to them — and three days later the process repeats itself?

Oh another day another paid Republican Junket for “Judge Open Hand”* — I bet that group of Republicans stood up and gave Scalia a standing ovation over the combination of “stupid” and “cruel” — it sounds like Rick Perry’s campaign slogan for 2016.

One does have to credit Justice Antonin Scalia’s stupendous ability to engage in the kind of judicial temperament that brings to mind…hold on I’ll think of it…

A few days ago, I was certain that the Ever-Less-Supreme Court would be coming down with the health care reform decision that day. So let’s try it again…today the Court will come down with the decision.
If for some reason there is a concurrence or dissent from Justice
Michael Savage Scalia what will be his archaic antebellum precedent this time?

It’s one thing to call yourself an “originalist” as a jurist, but one would think a Supreme Court Justice in the 21st Century would not treat a “State’s Right” to harass ethnic groups like Roger Taney would. But Antonin Scalia is determined to ignore that whole Civil War thing, let alone Amendments 13 through 15 and — in short and only with a little irony –about the last 3/5ths of American history:
