This weekend I got ahold of a copy of the Policy Brief on Copyright Law, prepared by the Republican Study Committee chaired by Jim Jordan (PDF). It was so remarkably fair, sound, common-sense and forward-thinking I sent it to Scarecrow and asked him if I was missing something.
