Ghosts! A haunted house! A dead serial killer! Unscrupulous real estate partners! And an Ancient Unnamed Evil who needs another victim! Throw in a creepy priest, a goofy cocktail waitress/ghost rights’ activist, a sick mother, denied health insurance claims, and some bleeding walls and you’ve got nice guy Richard Scarry’s problems in a nut shell, and the premise of The Selling, tonight’s Halloween feature, starring guests, writer/producer/actor Gabriel Diani and actor/producer Etta Devine.

Wells Fargo and other banks who own foreclosed homes are apparently hiding the fact of the bank ownership from prospective buyers. This makes it harder or less likely the buyers will pursue questions about title, hidden defects, and other problems. It also tends to keep the home’s price artificially higher than it would be if bank ownership after foreclosure were disclosed.

There are rapidly emerging signs the Obama Administration is actively, quickly and covertly working furiously on a plan to retroactively legitimize and ratify the shoddy, fraudulent and non-conforming conduct by MERS on literally millions of mortgages.
