The Family Research Council’s Peter Sprigg is a master at cherry-picking legitimate science to demonize the lgbt community. I know this well because I have caught him committing this offense on more than one occasion. I would like to think that it is my constant monitoring of him which led him into the following ridiculous convolution of logic.

As far as I am concerned, it’s always a good thing when religious right figures trot their hypocrisies out in the public square.

My only concern is that we as a community don’t take advantage of this more.

Poor Family Research Council. They just can’t lay off the Southern Poverty Law Center.

FRC is still sore over being designated as a hate group by SPLC.

Personally, I like it when FRC or one the organization’s phony experts attack SPLC because it gives me the opportunity to demonstrate yet again their hypocrisy.

Will the Family Research Council Acknowledge Error of Using Recanted Study?

Dr. Robert Spitzer announced plans to officially apologize to the gay community for a 2001 study he published which claimed that gays can change their sexual orientation. But anti-gay groups led by Tony Perkins and Peter Sprigg still site this recanted work on their anti-gay websites. Time to demand they recant too.
