Obama Administration Stops Fighting Open Access to Plan B

The good news is the Obama administration has actually done the right thing by allowing Plan B, the emergency planblogocontraception, to be sold over the counter. Of course the administration only did this after first taking the almost unprecedented step of overruling the FDA’s recommendations and then losing multiple court cases fighting this policy.
