Lawyer Says Cain Violated Confidentiality Agreement on Sexual Harassment Settlement

Herman Cain has been admitting more and more details about the sexual harassment allegations and settlements. Now an attorney for one of the women claims Cain is violating the settlement agreement not to disclose details, creating pressure on the employer to release everyone to talk. Popcorn, anyone?

Herman Cain has managed to turn sexual harassment allegations from the 90s into a current credibility crisis over his often changing explanations and denials. This seems another case of the coverup doing more damage than the original allegations.

As the media delve into the GOP front runner’s background, we’ve seen an expose on Herman Cain’s previous career as a paid conservative spokesman backed by the Koch family, and there has been intense scrutiny of his 9-9-9 “flat” tax plan and his policy ignorance and inexperience. This weekend his campaign hit another major stumbling block having to do with his personal conduct and suggestions of sex harassment.
