Conservatives don’t accept the idea of evolution. Society cannot evolve. The prejudices and bigotry of our ancestors must control us forever, and the rights of money cannot ever be limited.

This means that the likely scenario is a SCOTUS hearing after the appeals complete sometime in the next session, and a ruling right in the middle of the Presidential election in June 2012.

A federal judge in Virginia has ruled that the individual mandate, a key component of the health care law, is unconstitutional – a decision that, if upheld, could ultimately unravel much of the law.

At this point of the evening, let me remind you that Tim Kaine, former Governor of Virginia, is the DNC Chair presiding over this debacle tonight. I mean this guy has presided over the loss of his entire state– much less significant swaths of our country–to the Republicans.
