Unpopular President but Unacceptable GOP Replacements

A slight majority of the American people don’t think President Obama deserves another term. According to the AP-GFK poll 50 percent of American adults think he deserves to be voted out of office, while only 46 think he deserves another term. But Obama still beats the leading Republican candidates in head to head match ups.


As Mission Creeps, Americans Already Turning Against War in Libya

The American people haven’t been sold on our military actions in Libya according to two new polls. An AP-GFK poll found that 48 percent approved or leaned toward approving US involvement while 50 disapproved or leaned toward disapproving. Similarly, a Quinnipiac poll found 47 percent opposed, with only 41 percent in support.
