Decades of Evidence Subsidies Alone Should be Sufficient to Encourage Enrollment

One of the big question about the possible Supreme Court ruling on the Affordable Care Act is what would happen if only the individual mandate is struck down, but the rest of the law is left in place. Mainly, is simply providing subsidies enough to encourage new people to buy insurance?

Small State-Based Exchanges in Senate Health Bill Will Not Control Costs

Almost all evidence points to the simple conclusion that the new health insurance market places in the Senate bill called “exchanges” will not slow the out-of-control increase in health care costs.
