Romney’s Favorability Rating Slips During the Summer

Mitt Romney already has historically bad favorability ratings compared to all other modern presidential candidates and there is confirmation that his favorability rating has been eroding through the summer. The Washington Post-ABC News poll found the number of people who view him unfavorably has gone up by four points since May.

Romney’s Favorable Rating Shows Big Improvement

Since finally effectively securing the Republican Party’s nomination Mitt Romney’s favorability rating have improved significantly, according to Gallup. Romney recently registered an all time best with 50 percent holding a favorable view of him and only 41 percent viewing him unfavorable. Only a few months ago his net favorable rating was a dismal -8.
