By: Daniel Marans Thursday February 16, 2012 2:30 pm

Social Security Works spoke to several conservatives at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) this past Friday, who were none too pleased to hear Mitt Romney he plans to cut Social Security and Medicare.

Sunday Late Night: #Occupy Breitbart at CPAC

By: Teddy Partridge Sunday February 12, 2012 8:01 pm

There’s a big debate over showing this video. Does it give Andrew Breitbart more desired exposure? Or does it expose his antics to a wider audience, thus discrediting him with the general public and cable television producers?

My favorite part is the young woman’s voice at the very end: “I’ve never raped anybody!”

CNN’s Erick Erickson Blasts Grover Norquist for Being Too Tolerant of “Muslims in America”

By: Blue Texan Tuesday February 15, 2011 10:30 am

As scary as CPAC was, keep in mind: it was insufficiently wingnutty for a whole swath of the right-wing movement, as Erick Erickson helpfully reminds us.

I guess they knew where to find him

CPAC Chaos as Ron Paul Wins Straw Poll

By: Teddy Partridge Sunday February 13, 2011 6:45 am

Chaos erupted at the bedbug-infested CPAC conference tonight when the results of the presidential preference straw poll were announced, and Congressman Ron Paul (R-NotVasectimized) won, for the second year in a row.

Surprised and Stunned I’m sure

Self-delusional forces meet when CPAC meets Donald Trump in the ultimate self-promotion.

The Right-Wing Freakshow That is CPAC Begins

By: Blue Texan Thursday February 10, 2011 10:30 am

U-S-A!” My favorite line so far was from Ron Johnson (T-WI) who bragged about how much Reagan cut taxes for rich people. I’m [...]

By: Barry Eisler Tuesday February 1, 2011 5:10 pm

Tucson Shooting Widens Cracks in Right’s Coalition

By: David Dayen Wednesday January 12, 2011 2:10 pm

Jim Jordan, joining multiple conservative groups, including the Family Research Council and the Heritage Foundation, in boycotting the event.

By: David Dayen Wednesday December 29, 2010 11:30 am
