Bill O’Reilly and Charles Krauthammer Admire Rick Perry’s Hair

By: Blue Texan Wednesday July 20, 2011 10:30 am

It does look increasingly likely that the Secessionist is going to jump in the race. Willard no longer looks inevitable with Bachmann surging — and the GOP sugar daddies absolutely don’t want Bachmann to be the nominee. And the way the Faux News crowd is gushing — you can tell they’re just itching for the Secessionist to give it a run.

Fascinating Things I Learned Today

Just a few of the amazing things you can pick up from reading the news.

Charles Krauthammer Takes a Swipe at Labor and Dems

By: Bill Egnor Friday June 17, 2011 8:30 am

Predictable and bland, Charles Krauthammer claims that Democrats are trying to appease Labor. All I can say is that I wish that were the case!

Right-Wingers Very Upset About How Mean and Partisan President Obama Is

By: Blue Texan Thursday April 14, 2011 10:33 am

Those sensitive, shrinking violets on the right took a day off from their racist dog whistles and comparing Barack Obama to murderous tyrants to whine about their hurt fee-fees.

Right Wing Conservatives Going Nuts Over Seeing Themselves in Mirror

By: Scarecrow Wednesday January 12, 2011 6:50 pm

The great identity problem the right seems to be having at the moment is not about whether they are complicit in these particular murders, but whether it’s plausible they could have been. That’s especially true since Glenn Beck has rhetorically encouraged violence against groups and individuals, and, as Media Matters’ David Brock points out, some nut has followed up. It’s not whether people like that knowingly stoked Loughner’s particular incoherence, delusion and detachment from reality but whether far too many of them have exhibited the same dangerous fantasies and eliminationist tendencies in their own statements and writings.

Sarah Palin, David Wynn Miller, and the Ministry of Truth

By: Phoenix Woman Wednesday January 12, 2011 1:20 pm

The conservative/Republican version of Orwell’s Ministry of “Truth” is at it again, hijacking and corrupting yet another set of words — this time it’s “blood libel.”

The GOP/Right Wing Wurlitzer’s Latest Big Lie: “EPA Power Grab”

By: Scarecrow Saturday January 1, 2011 12:15 pm

Have you heard about the “EPA Power Grab”? This one’s a whopper, a pernicious, flat out lie so big, so harmful, and so wrapped in hysteria it’s no wonder there are conservative heads exploding all over the right wing propaganda Wurlitzer.

Even Liberal Fred Hiatt Says…

By: TBogg Sunday December 5, 2010 7:00 pm

America’s fifth most influential liberal journalist Fred Hiatt doesn’t have enough to do these days having delegated most of his editorial responsibilities to sensible classical liberals like Charles Krauthammer, Michael Gerson, Marc Thiessen, Jennifer Rubin, Robert Kagan, Robert Samuelson, Kathleen Parker, and George Will. So today he thought he would try his hand at movie reviewing but, alas, he hasn’t grasped the differences between “drama” and “documentary”.

Chuck Krauthammer Is Suddenly Concerned About Executive Power

By: Eli Friday August 6, 2010 6:01 pm

It looks like we can count Mr. Krauthammer among the many conservatives who rekindled their love of the Constitution on January 20th, 2009 after an eight-year estrangement. First he lambastes a “toxic” DHS memo about ways to avoid deporting unaccompanied minors and sex slaves (yes, apparently compassion is “toxic”), then he exposes this diabolical power grab:
