Medical marijuana suffered a legal setback today when the Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled against an effort to try to get marijuana rescheduled.

When President Obama comes to Oakland on July 23rd to raise money for his re-election campaign he will be greeted by a large number of protesters who support medical marijuana. Harborside Health Center, along with Americans For Safe Access, are organizing a protest against the Obama administration’s aggressive war against medical marijuana.
