Not Fade Away

Commenting on the SCOTUS decision to strengthen the First Amendment when it comes to the ability of the right and the rich to peddle mass bullshit, Digby says:

I will never forgive Joe Lieberman, Huckelberry, St John and the the rest of the milquetoast losers of that gang of 14. This is on their heads.

Kennedy seems to have found a cozy perch siding with the court’s wingier nuts in a 5-4 split. The Gang of 14 did this to us and as the blogosphere has taken on the role of institutional memory for this kind of thing, I don’t think we’ll be forgetting any time soon.

Yes, Susan Collins, I’m looking at you.
