Late Night: DHS’s Right-Wing Extremism Report – Second Verse, Same as the First.

“Ooh, ooh, ooh! Pick me!”

Yes, let’s please do re-release that DHS report on right-wing extremism:

Recent incidents of extremist violence claiming the lives of abortion provider George Tiller and a security guard at the Holocaust Museum have prompted calls for the Department of Homeland Security to accelerate the release of an updated report on right-wing extremism.

Turns out Von Brunn had a lawmaker’s office address on his person, so you might want to release the report sooner rather than later.

And please, for god’s sake, STOP APOLOGIZING FOR STATING THE FACTS!

Amid howls that it had politicized national security, DHS stepped back from [the] mid-April report it had issued on domestic threats from fringe right-wing groups. 

Oh, I do hope this revised, more detailed report will make nitpicking Ed Morrisey happier.  After all, this document apparently needs the "Conservatives" seal of approval before it can be used as a law enforcement tool against the fucking crazy-assed right-wing white supremacists and "forced birth" activists.

But you might want to run it by those "responsible white separatists" and make sure their feelings aren’t hurt before you let it rip.  They’re very sensitive, you know.
