Happy Birthday, Jane!

Dear Auntie Jane:

When I heard from my momma that today was your birthday, I ran into our living room to give my FDL teddy bear that you sent to me a smooch, and to sing it happy birthday.  Sure hope you heard me — I was singing very loudly (and mostly on key, bright girlie that I am).

I’m sorry that mean old Joe Lieberman threw you out of his party yesterday.  What a doodyhead.  Didn’t he know that it was your birthday today?  I hope that you and your doggies have a good day, and get lots of time to play and eat cake.

I like cake.  I’m sending you a picture from my very first birthday and the first time I ever tasted frosting.  Nummy!

Have a happy, happy birthday.  Give Kobe a smooch please, and have some cake from me today.  (Momma and I have been talking a lot about cake non stop ever since she mentioned it was your birthday.  I think I’m wearing her down, and I sense a piece with lots of frosting in my future.)
