Obama Announces Blair as DNI, Panetta as DCI

President-elect Barack Obama made it official this morning. Retired Admiral Dennis Blair will be Director of National Intelligence, and Leon Panetta, once President Clinton’s Chief of Staff, will head the CIA. Spencer has much more on this above.
