When Two Wars Just Aren’t Enough

Posted in: "War on Terror", Foreign policy

The BBC reports this morning that Pakistan forces in the North Waziristan region twice shot at US helicopters, turning them back from another planned incursion across Pakistan’s border. Perhaps Pakistani officials are simply following the Washington model — issue a formal denial while letting your actions deliver the real message.
