GOP Congressman Calls Soldier in Iraq “Two-Bit Security Guard”

Posted in: Uncategorized

Yellow elephant Patrick McHenry (R-NC) spent the night in the pool house at one of Sadaam’s palaces. When he wanted to go to the gym and a soldier asked him for ID, McHenry referred to him as "a two-bit security guard."

I don’t know what’s more offensive, McHenry’s sense of entitlement, his disregard for the very people who are protecting him in a dangerous situation, or his disrespect for those he sends to die in a war he’s not willing to fight himself.

Per Atrios:

Washington, D.C. Office

224 Cannon House Office Building
Washington, D.C. 20515

Telephone: 202.225.2576

Watch the video. It’s repellent on so many levels, it’s hard to know where to start.
