Change! And, Uh, Wisconsin Primary Results

Today was a big day for political change. Fidel Castro officially stepped down after several hundred years in office, which is a big deal even though things will probably stay much the same under his 76-year-old baby brother.
More dramatically, Musharraf’s party got utterly destroyed in Pakistan’s elections, and is now a teeny-tiny minority in Parliament. As The All-Seeing Eye Of Froomkin observes, it’s a bad time to be Dubya’s BFF. Hey, I wonder who else could be considered Dubya’s BFF…
Here’s hoping that the election in Pakistan is a sign of things to come in November.
