Golly, you think Michael Gerson and Maureen Dowd had to do some last minute revisions to their Hillary Clinton Obitutorials?

I am curious if anyone has the print edition of either of these, because they are classic styles of their individual forms of wretched hackery. Both are literally cheering over Clinton’s freshly dug political grave with a couple of offhand mentions that "oh and she won in New Hampshire". They sure could be shortened to read like this, Dewey beats Truman Truman wins, that manipulative bastard!

Meanwhile, I can only imagine the regularity problems David Broder and the rest of the villagers are having this morning, with John McCain having his moment of triumph stolen from him and his "magic 3×5 cards" by Hillary Clinton (seriously, was McCain impersonating Admiral Stockdale last night?). Time to rub their lamps…or rub something…and attempt to summon Michael Bloomberg.
