I just don’t want Glenn Greenwald to think he has a lock on all the good hate mail.

O’Reilly went after me a couple of weeks ago for having the temerity to tell Elizabeth Edwards not to repeat Republican talking points, saying I “threatened her.” Hate mail from his legions of fans ensued, who obviously felt so strongly that Elizabeth needed defending they were willing to disconnect themselves from their respirators and their powerscooters to do so.

You stupid, fascist, weasel of a woman. Don’t you EVER criticize someone for standing up to the idiots and Moveon.org. MRS. Kerry was right on and you have proved yourself to be just another far left loon that hates the very country that has given her the freedom to be a far left loon. You are pathetic.

It’s touching to see how much they care.

Yes, O’Reilly did call me a fascist (as Glenn said, “as though all that is required are strong (liberal) opinions, with the slaughtering-the-Jews-and-genocide-and-invasions-of-other-countries stuff relegated to some incidental afterthought”) but I really felt his heart wasn’t in it. He just wanted to move on to Britney Spears. Poor Kirsten Powers did her best, sitting there like she was itching to play “hide the loofah” with Assistant Principal O’Reilly but he Just Wasn’t Into Her. You could almost see her deflate from “perky” to “crushed” as the segment ended and she and her little Talbots sweater didn’t get that knowing Bill-O look that said have I got a falafel for you.

I guess when you think about it, that really is pretty end of the bus line when O’Reilly won’t give you a slap and a tickle. Even for a “Democratic Strategist.”
