Who have they not spied upon?
Israel has been the target of spying by the U.S. National Security Agency and also collaborates on intelligence gathering with the United States, The New York Times reported.
Of course, the U.S. and Israel spying on each other is a long-standing tradition, ask Jonathan Pollard.
But the answer to the question is, probably everyone except the people they should probably actually be spying on.
