Asylum Street Spankers — The Scrotum Song.
What’s on your mind?
you have some balls posting that………………../s
hehehe hey nahant — how ya been dood?
i swear i did not see this article today until after i had put this post in the queue
*heh* That is f*cking hilarious, Suz…! Well played…! ;-)
heheheh aloha tut — how’s paradise tonight?
It was a gorgeous day here, and making the frontpage was the icing on the cake…! ;-)
Hanging there watching the Giants with a 9-6 lead & the Sharks with a 3-1 lead late in the 3rd..
was 69 at 5pm and the weather dood said we will hit 70 by noon tomorrow. supposed to have 5 days in a row of 80 degree weather :)
a double good night for sf sports fans :) how’s your garden this spring?
Going slow but hey ya can only do what ya can.. Beans, peas and lots of sunflowers planted.. Waiting for results..
was chatting with spiderpaws earlier and she’s harvesting artichokes and other goodies already.
Ya they are planted early and are a spring and fall crop… Got to get my tomato plants going RSN…
Ooh, I luv’s me some artichoke hearts…!
sweet…. our safe to plant by date is mothers day :( had a frost warning last night and the night before and those who planted early had to protect those wee little plants
Suzanne, where the hell did you find that one? I’m thinking of reporting you to the morality police.
Good evening, Suz and lln pups!
hey blue *innocent look* it was on the utubes dood *another innocent look*
how’s lala land tonight?
hey past — how’s slc tonight?
No! No! This is just too much!
* Looks for morality police phone number *
supposed to go down to freezing here tonight. It’s only 36 now, and with a cloudless sky tonight, it’ll probably go below 32.
Am a little pooped; still haven’t gotten used to my A.M. work schedule. Other than that, things essentially status quo.
ah ummm well errrr hey blue — did ya see this one?
cherry trees finally did blossom late last week; if the pollinators can do their thing, we should have some cherries sometime in July.
we are supposed to go down to 36 tonight too but i’m not believing it… still 59 outside
am work schedules suck (((blue)))
mixing two musical styles
Wow, never heard country and western quite like that one before.
Ain’t that the truth. Especially when you’re a night owl. Not a nightlife person, just not a rise-and-shine type.
iirc i’ve featured just about every video i’ve linked to tonight up top…. except that one.
i hated working early days — starting at 6am… lard love a duck, that’s prime roll over and go to sleep time for me
dance this mess around
That would be significant drop in temps, Suz…! Even MK has been warming up top these days…! ;-)
if the skies finishing clearing up, temps will quickly drop but i don’t think they will drop that much
Guys, I’m gonna bail — carry on. And upon sober reflection, have decided I won’t call the morality police. First Amendment and all that stuff.
g’nite blue — and thanks *wink wink*
hey loohoo — glad ya liked it. how’s socal tonight?
weather dood just revised the lows down to the 40′s instead
SoCal is beautiful now. Supposed to heat up tomo to 91.
gonna be hot all along the west coast – our hottest day is forecast to be sunday when it may hit 80 at the beaches. i heard sf was in the 80′s today
Pleasant dreams, bw…!
… our hottest day is forecast to be sunday when it may hit 80 at the beaches.
*heh* And to think I’ll be at 13k+ elevation, about then…! 8-P
if you want me to love you
wearing long johns…
you’ll be cool as a cucumber I’m sure. How much does the temperature vary between day and night on top, CT?
It can drop 50 degrees as soon as the sun sets…! We’re talking maybe 20 mins…! Ironically, I’d experienced the very same temp differential in the Mojave Desert mtns, in the middle of January…!
it was 15 last night in the high desert in eastern oregon – cools off real fast
tight like that
wow, that is quite a temperature drop, considering that the humidity there should help hold some of the heat. I’m well familiar with temp variations in desert areas. In the west desert here it can be 95 in the heat of the day and drop to the 40′s at night. And as soon as the sun goes down, there’s an immediate chill in the air. And the low humidity contributes to the effect.
shave em dry
Hi. I did not make it in time yesterday, but I did read the thread. I’m glad you enjoyed your trip, Suzanne.
hey ncbb — how ya doing tonight?
A little tired, but otherwise ok, thanks.
Is your leg better?
not as bad as monday for sure :) i ‘spose it is a sign of improvement that the leg wasn’t voicing its displeasure that night and waited until the next day.
Dang! How do you dress? Just take thermal clothing with you?
Sorry to hear it was so vocal, but improvement is always good.
It was a beautiful day in Boston, “weatherwise.”
i did not know that is where you are (if i did and my memory failed me, my apologies)…. wow, it is late for you…
or very very early
20 and 30 degree variances in one 24 hour period are common in Boston in Spring and Fall.
Aloha, Loo Hoo, Uncle Sam did issue me some early versions of gortex, for the Mojave soiree, and, Subaru does provide us some gortex outer-wear, too…! ;-)
Edit: Interestingly, the two largest pieces of gortex in the world, are utilized by the UKIRT Observatory up top of MK, it enables them to observe 24/7…! ;-)
Or really early, depending on how you look at it..
No apologies necessary.
i got spoiled by all my years in ca — am still adjusting to weather and temps in oregon.
i still can’t wrap my head around when its getting warmer after the sun sets…
LOL, just saw this. We thought alike. I’ve been trying to catch up on the thread and post at the same time.
That happens in Boston rarely.
per intertube tradition, the second person to post the same as the first is to provide the first a drink of choice…. you got lattes with pretty foam art in boston?
Well, Ctuttle, I must be lame. I thought Subaru was a car…
like most folks, i used to associate them with cars before tut starting working up top at their ‘scope…
I don’t make them, but Starbuck’s is not far from here.
Closed now, though.
How about white wine? And, for the teetotalers, pomegranate juice? I have some in the fridge.
CTuttle, do you scope for a living or for a hobby?
*laughing* i’ll take some of that cyber-pomegranate juice please — it will go very nicely with the dried blueberries i’m munchin’ on.
Suzanne your musical knowledge and taste is mind boggling.
… I thought Subaru was a car…
It is, and it’s also my current Employer…! ;-)
I’ve been munching way too often, apparently.
thanks. it is pretty eclectic
Wow, that’s impressive.
Have you been to Chichen Itza?
Yes, which is one of things that is so amazing about it.
me too — is why i’m going for dried blueberries instead of fudge or the peanut butter jar
Agreed. Both Suz and CT. They are both jewels!
driving around in a patrol car for a 10 hour shift i used to listen to the radio in addition to the police radio. got in the habit of turning down the volume as i reached for the mic. the sf bay area had a lotta different music on teh radio stations and i had lotsa good stuff to listen to.
Kettle-fried chips are my downfall.
With only potato, oil and salt as ingredients–no chemicals–I had come to view them as the equivalent of health food.
I love sunflower seeds, but they don’t take long to chew, so your hands are occupied with them too much to get anything else done.
Wowsers. Very cool that some humans still believe in science! Very impressive.
Awww shucks, M’dear…! *g*
A cop? You are very brave.
i hate to get compliments and run but token is giving me the evil eye that says its time for me to choose between taking him out or cleaning the rug.
thank you for stopping by tonight and letting me spend a wee bit of time with ya.
My munching problem is that I don’t get the concept of “moderation.” I hear it was big in Ancient Greece and the 18th century, but…Yo no comprende.
Nite, Suzanne and Token.
Nite, CTut and Loo. Pleasant dreams, everyone.
You managed to stay pretty late tonight, though. Sleep well, Suz!
Good nite, everyone, CT, Loo Hoo.
Sweet dreams to y’all…! *g*
Dangnabbit, we almost hit the 99, tonite…! ;-)
Where there’s life, there’s hope. Or so they say.
Sorry that I did not say goodnight to you, pastfedup. I did not realize that you were here. I should have said “goodnight all.” My bad. I apologize.
Here’s a C Note, as they say in the old gangster movies–when the word still had an “r” in it.
Not that we in Massachusetts have much use for “r” at the end of a word.
