i worry about our new england pups… i hope everyone is prepared and will be warm and safe with plenty of supplies

We had 30 inches of snow a few years ago. I cried walking home.

DN had a short spot, yesterday, I think, in their daily headlines about Sandy victims. I had no idea that even living in temp housing, they are living in squalor, though it doesn’t surprise me.

i should have said corporate media coverage … to them, sandy is ‘old news’ and its victims not worthy of their time

It’s my hope that all the Pups in the NE have “good” snow this weekend and can just play in it, rather than another disaster. Not sure where that line is (the electricity stays on), but ya all know what I mean.

I know what you meant. If it hadn’t been for DN I wouldn’t know some still didn’t have power and the temp housing was squalid. Not sure which is worse, Sandy victims in squalor or Katrina victims in temp homes with carcinogens emanating from the walls, after squalor.

Abolishing the PLDC, the St. Senator, Malama Solomon, was there, tho, another State Rep had bowed out, Malama was the original proposer of the PLDC and worked her evil ways in getting it railroaded thru conference comittee in 3 days and Abercrummy signed as soon as it was printed…!

Yes, ma’am, 84 is quite unusual. I believe it was an all time record. It was a beautiful day. I wish I could share some of it with the blizzard people. Of course, when we have drought and fires this summer, I’m gonna want some of their snow.

It hurts my heart that the Sandy Point people are still not cared for.
