The Scooby Horror Thriller Show with clips from Scooby Doo set to the music of this pop classic.
What’s on your mind?
*lighting candle* g’nite southern dragon – may your journey be peaceful and filled with light
Suz, creaky knees or not, I think you need to do a virtual dive, spectacular in all ways, in honor of our DragonMan……….. he would be so amused and honored!
hey rond — how ya doing tonight?
hey dearie… how ya doing tonight?
*heh* I arrived here from yer FB link, Suz…! Aloha, Suz and lln pups…! ;-)
*boing boing* graceful and elegant swan dive off the top tower… no splash ‘natch
aloha tut — how ya doing tonight?
Aah, ya didn’t nail my Bulgarian cousin…! ;-)
I’m good, Suzanne. Had a deposition from hell today….. a lady attorney who was determined to drag it out forever so that she could ‘reserve her right to a second deposition’…… made me crazy! I had to just hunker down and count up the money I was earning. Client did fine, but his injured back and my old back were creaking. He’d stand up. Then I’d stand up. The only pleasure I got from it was knowing that the silly attorney had to drive home to south of Los Angeles…. and her drive was going to be hellacious.
It was a very worthy dive for a very worthy Gentleman…! *g*
wanted it perfect — don’t think my knees are up to any more dives for a while…hopefully next summer i’ll be back up to snuff
Had the munchkin today, so all is good…! ;-)
oy…. i’m hoping she hit traffic from hell dearie… that’s just fucking brutal – your poor client
Thanks, sweetie, it was perfect……..and our DragonMan would be impressed and would laugh out loud that we wanted to honor him thusly. Now rest up for future dives when both of your knees are in shape. You are our Girl!
thanks dearie… i’m trying really hard to put on a brave face … i know that the catman would not want us moping about
Huey from Hampton Beach, MA. three days ago…! It’s Alright…

When A Soldier Makes It Home…
the temptations vs the 4 tops vs the manhattans vs the drifters vs the cadillacs
pumpktris — created by a guy across the columbia in vancouver wa. was on my local news tonight
Janis. Suzanne, how could you do that to me??
Look how young she looked it’s as if I just saw her last week.
And David Getz at the drums. Looks like he did in High school. You know I still have a couple of David’s serigraphs which I traded some furniture for years ago.
hey morris — how ya doing tonight? i heart janis — try this one one on for size
For What It’s Worth…
Hiya Suzzzz – how’s everything tonight?
ya say that its over baby
hey ppd — how ya doing tonight?
Doing OK, except for the sciatica. How are you?
Watched a very disappointing Lakers opener at some friends’ house in PGA West. This old gut was there – maybe late 70′s early eighties — turns out he was an original member and the only surviving still performing member of the Four Lads. That takes you back to the 50′s. I had to google it to find out what songs they recorded. Turns out I actually remember them. How about that….
You know I used to know Janis. Used to go to Big Brother’s house in San Anselmo back around ’67. Getz, the drummer, and I went to the same high school in Brooklyn.
pretty good, thanks Suzzz — feeling better tonight?
i remember that song! i think it was on the mitch miller show at one point
like morris, my sciatica is acting up but not too bad… both knees are down to a dull roar so that’s good too
i’m so jealous of you having met her. i wish i had — was a huge fan of hers from way back in the day and her music still touches me…
hope that represents an improvement, Suzzz
Sciatica really sucks, no?
Janis was unique. I once went through a whole fifth of Southern Comfort with her. I think I did, at least. Was pretty loaded to be sure.
it does — i was hobbling around like tim conway for a few days last week
it blows big time for sure. wow, how forking kewl.. my alltime fav janis song
southern comfort *chuckling* got some memories of that stuff back in the day myself but not as cool as yours dood
one of my fondest memories of southern comfort was tooling around with my b/f at the time, a recently returned vietnam vet, in his 69 dodge charger, metallic rust body and a white landau top, while this was playing on the 8track, watching the world go by while wearing yellow lensed aviator sunglasses
That’s just your basic Texas blues. Goes great with Southern Comfort.
Are we showing our age?
we sure are dood — you’ve got me by a few years but i’m not that far behind ya… we just keep on keeping on
We need photographic evidence. Otherwise it’s just stories.
dood that’s the cleaned up version of that story — photos would be the last thing i would want popping up *laughing*
I’ll show my age and sign off. Good night all.
woops — i meant to link to this one….
g’nite morris — thanks for the memories and sharing yours
night morris – be well
did you have big waves on the coast from last week’s canadian earthquake, Suzzz?
tis about time for me to hit the rack too. thank you, pups, for helping lift my spirits tonight.
not on the coast anymore but from what i heard, nothing along the north oregon coast
night Suzzz – take care
*heh* I remember this tune jamming on my cassette deck when I’d first tangled with some Southern Comfort…! ;-)
Sweet dreams, Suz…!
Yes photographic evidence…..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oP0KMZ__eh4
that’s amazing video homeroid… wow
sorry i missed ya last nite
