Yes, we all had to evacuate from here on Banyan Drive, some great friends I met through Occupy hosted me and the Better Half at their place, which was situated at 4000ft…! The Kiddoos had to evacuate too, but, some family members just below me hosted them…! I’d walked the shoreline when I got home about 10 this morning, and nary a sand grain was shifted…! ;-)

yup — i learned lots about my assumptions when i evacuated from the coast house after the japan quake. i think even when the event isn’t as big as feared, they are good drills
