You wouldn’t believe how completely beyond Fucked Up this whole thing is. That’s why I have to play my Housewife card and talk to everyone and get their opinion. On issues like: filling in a newly restored estuary for salmon[ $641,000 grant] to put in the switching yard for private trains. 8 trains a day, one mile long, cutting off every major artery to every fucking thing. I can’t believe we’re even having to consider this Fool’s Errand.
And yet, here we are. Talking about selling water rights(5 million gallons a day and a plastics plant) cheap with a contract that extends to 2050. WTF?
I feel like the people we elected to serve our best interests are taking LSD. It’s very uncomfortable.
Actually, we’re rural so we don’t even have a true voice in the city council’s decision. We just groan and pull our hair.
