Productive. How are you doing? Man, does that sound like a dumb question.
A neighbor who has gone through a boatload of sorrow recently told me his favorite response is an enthusiastic,”Just fuckin’ GREAT!” Stops all follow up stupid questions cold.

found out this afternoon that i did in fact fracture my right knee in addition to the right ankle. see the orthopedist thur who will do tests to see if the knee fx displaced (moved) – if it did then i will need surgery.

i gotta admit i’m hoping and praying like a madwoman that i don’t need surgery on the right knee. doc who called me said that if it is just a simple fx like my ankle, that it would have the exact same treatment plan as the ankle. no weight bearing for 4 weeks or so and then 4 weeks in a walking cast.

i’m so fucked and so discouraged. am trying to be positive and strong but i gotta tell ya openhope, today was a rough one.

Suz: I do not know how often you check back in. But I had seen your news first on a different thread….I am so sorry for the accident and all the mess that goes with it. I will look forward to hearing what more you learn. Thank you for staying with the thread and for the news. You are in my prayers as well…wanting you to be energetic so you can enjoy that baby.
