Though did pick up on a reflection earlier today that Islamists are worse than Xtianists. Pondered on that briefly and remembered a book I read on the subject.

While it is true that the Xtians lost the crusades, Islam as a world power was destroyed in early centuries and decisively defeated as an empire after WWI. The book (can’t remember title right now) argued that the humiliation of Islam in losing world power is one of the decisive factors behind some sects today.

Xtains have suffered no such humiliating defeats since the crusades.

History is long. Worth considering.

Yeah, I don’t see humans at the Center, either. I chalk it up to the Inherent Loneliness of Humankind that makes us assume we’re so special. Actually, on Dark Days I see that as a bad gene.
