Bloomberg News has another blockbuster story today on the heels of its release of information about Federal Reserve bailouts. Here they have former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson essentially aiding and abetting an insider trading scheme while in office. But will there be prosecutions?

Another milestone has been hit by United Wisconsin, the group organizing the recall of Scott Walker. In the first 12 days of the recall – and organizers have 60 days to gather the required signatures – over 300,000 signatures have been gathered, over half of what is needed to trigger a recall.

This time it’s provision measure that would mandate indefinite detentions of terrorist suspects in military custody and open the door for those indefinite detentions to extend to US citizens. Mark Udall is trying to strip out that provision.
