For most people — well, non-Republicans for certain — funding a right-wing group with your billions and calling it “grass roots” would be a bit rich, and not just as a pun. But not for the Koch Brothers.
And hell, while we’re at it, for most people secretly and illegally dealing with the government of Iran is only for the Reagan Administration pre-whitewashing. But apparently, it is all good no matter how illegal for others, if you’re the Koch Brothers.
Good thing their name isn’t George Soros, or they’d be in real trouble.

And while they were trading with Our Great Current Enemy, their net worth increased by 40% in the past five years. In case you hadn’t noticed, that wasn’t the direction most Americans’ net worth headed during The Great Emergency.
These Kochs are evil and must be stopped. It’s not like they invented anything or dreamed up a great idea or built a better mousetrap. They are inheritance-based parasites on the American economy.
Kinda like 1905, when the Czar sent out his cavalry to shoot hungry protesters in the square? A very bad decision then, with consequences.
The last time there was something akin to that, but here in the US, might be the Nat’l Guard shooting protesting students in Ohio around 40 years ago.
It doesn’t seem like anything on that scale is on the agenda now. It’s more of a Woodstock, but with an extra dose of public nuisance. A lot of them are looking for a new good lay. The cops are getting overtime. The media spends too much time on crowds and too little time interviewing individual protesters. What a farce.
