It’s always “interesting”, and amusing, to see someone run for president a second time around. Well, maybe it’s not. But I remember Nixon’s second campaign and how “careful” he was not to say the wrong thing. Dear old Mitt seems to be doing the same thing and as the debates continue it should be quite a task for him to keep his positions straight.

He knows he has a LOT of people to MOVE just to get the GOP nomination. and, then to win the election, even more. He’s trying to criticize Obama without alientating his marginal supporters.

Think about the logic of those two sentences. Romney is arguing, at the exact same time, that the “recession” is worse and that there’s been an economic “recovery.” How can we have a recession and a recovery simultaneously? It’s tempting to wonder if he even knows what these words mean.
