By now, you have probably heard that USDOJ has issued a subpoena to Twitter asking for various types of information from the Twitter accounts of Julian Assange, Bradley Manning, Rop Gongrijp[sic], and Birgitta Jonsdottir. Here is the subpoena. It was originally issued under seal, which means that Twitter could not tell anyone that it had received this subpoena. Twitter could have simply complied with the sealed subpoena and none of the people listed above even would have known about it.

The horrific shooting of Gabrielle Giffords, Judge John Roll, Christina Taylor Green and others in Tuscan Arizona yesterday has changed the originally scheduled lineups on many of these shows.

Officials have released the name of the 9 year-old girl killed in the shooting of Gabby Giffords and 18 others in Tucson today. Her name is Christina Taylor Green, who was born on 9/11 and was included in the book “Faces of Hope, Babies Born on 9/11.”

House Minority Leader Eric Cantor will suspend all votes for next week because of the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords at a supermarket in Tuscon, Arizona today.
