Hi Suz, NM is snowy like crazy today. I-40 was pretty much shut down. I drove to LM’s today, no problems on the I-25 route. Snow in Santa Fe, not bad, and snow at LM’s, but who cares? I’m not doing a lot of driving now that I am here. Not supposed to have much snow the next few days.

technically they’re supposed to be ‘in use’ in 2010, but i’m not sure how they can actually tell.

Okay, I gave Harmonic Voltage their full view. I like them. I’m actually feeling less pain in my neck vertebrae after watching them play music up the spinal column. Or, in Openhope’s world,…that’s So not what the music was about,you silly Openhope.

I go home on Sunday. LM has been sooo confused this week, but otherwise, she seems OK.

The only way you would get busted is IF they audit you and IF you have checks to pay people to install the windows that are dated after the first of the year. That’s what I guess.

How much trim out do you have? Are they made to fit the openings you have? I think it still takes a few days. A few hours per window, at least, and it depends what the demolition is to get to the openings. If you are doing something in a vague similar style, it should not be too hard, and it should go faster after the first couple.

I’m tired tonight. I did stop to take a few pictures on my drive up in the winter white landscape. It was very exciting to see my first bald eagle here, and there was a fat red-tailed hawk I chased for a little, but no photo.

I finally had a real conversation with my sibling tonight about the real mental/fragile state of our mother. I let her be boss, call all the shots, lead the conversation any where she wanted. Because our mother is failing and that’s where it’s at. Whatever sibling shit needs to be dragged into the spotlight needs to be done now. It is a relief to be honest.
It’s a relief to say,”yeah, I get that I’m not Mom and Dad’s favorite child. You are, do you want ‘em, or should we shoulder this burden?. And don’t fuck with me or I’ll fucking leave you hanging as the favorite kid. Period.

I made the best bed I could for Maybelline today before I left. She does not like to be in the house with the other cats unless I’m there, so she hangs in a little spot under the house where I have the washer and dryer. I have a heater in there on a timer to protect the washer from freezing, so I set it up to come on every other hour for an hour since it is supposed to be so cold this weekend. She has a snuggly little bed, and I put some wool rugs against the wall in the corner where she sleeps. I’m sure she will be fine, but I would rather be snuggling with her inside.

The cats were not liking the snow spitting that was happening this morning. I guess it started again after I left.

My sister left me stranded with BOTH my parents in our house for 2 months when our mother fell.Broken ribs major issues. Didn’t even call or visit, lived 1 mile away. the t/z i remember best is the one where the guy is going to be killed alongside the highway and his last act is to pray for a smart cop… the bad guys laughed and bashed him in the head with a rock — we knew the cop investigating the death was smart and knew it wasn’t an accident (as claimed by the bad guy) when he asked “how did he fall and hit his head on the side of the rock that was in the ground”. that episode stayed with me… powers of observation etc
