Big news in WI earlier this evening was a HS hostage situation. Lone student gunman ended after about five hours when he attempted suicide. No one else hurt. Now I’m imagining our school is going to be getting scanners.

I questioned the lack of effectiveness of the present lock down systems installed 5 years ago and told them that this very type of thing could happen. Questioning ineffective spending was not to be listened to, back then.

The insomnia might be due to the holidays. I’m one of the few people that deplore Christmas, sick to death of the damn commercials, Black Friday, Black Monday and the entire greedy damn process. I’ve put on a pot of coffee. Don’t know if it’s too early or too late to start drinking, or should just get into my stash.
