By: Blue Texan Monday October 11, 2010 10:30 am

The son of a gay man who demonizes gays. An atheist who courts fundie voters. A Nixon protege who denounces Nixonian tactics. Yep, Freud could write volumes about this guy.

Question: What Can Obama Do Right Now?

By: Jane Hamsher Monday October 11, 2010 9:30 am

U.S. Worries: What Did Iraq’s Maliki Promise Sadr for His Support?

By: Swopa Monday October 11, 2010 8:31 am

You’d think the American government would be happy that Iraq’s post-election political process — which has been a perpetual-immobility machine since last spring’s parliamentary elections — is finally starting to inch forward.
