Halliburton does business with governments and other corporations, not individuals. Bad publicity is utterly irrelevant to them.

Another lesson in free market ideology; in the interests of self-preservation business will make the right decision and the bad guys will be eliminated. So, the Greenspans of the MOTU deregulate in order to let survival instincts dictate policy. It’s wrong economically as well.

Bechtel and Halliburton, two companies that are frequently employed on the largest of projects, Bechtel and the Boston Tunnel $B16 disaster and, of course, Halliburton in Cheney’s wars seem to fuck up with amazing regularity with seeming impunity. Could it be that money changes hands with politicians. We know that William Weld ran from Mass. before the true extent of his venality was exposed and Cheney will never be investigated for his role in the Halliburton corruption in the ME.

If Congress refuses to do their job and investigate the corruption, bribery and profiteering these corporations will continue to buy there way in to projects and will continue to do shoddy work. As long as Congress is owned by corporate america the corporations will just get bigger and stronger and the work will get crappier and crappier. Say hello to a dying empire.

What’s worse, the current administration aids and abets these corporate criminals. Within days of the BP oil spill, BP was made the effective government in the oil-spill zone.

Some Judges have no problem looking backwards

Citing cases dating back as far as 1928, a judge has ruled that a young girl accused of running down an elderly woman while racing a bicycle with training wheels on a Manhattan sidewalk two years ago can be sued for negligence.

The ruling by the judge, Justice Paul Wooten of State Supreme Court in Manhattan, did not find that the girl was liable, but merely permitted a lawsuit brought against her, another boy and their parents to move forward.

The suit that Justice Wooten allowed to proceed claims that in April 2009, Juliet Breitman and Jacob Kohn, who were both 4, were racing their bicycles, under the supervision of their mothers, Dana Breitman and Rachel Kohn, on the sidewalk of a building on East 52nd Street.

I think they did it on purpose and they see it as an act of war against us. I think we are foolish to ignore it as such.

I think they are very aware of being a global racial minority, AND they are involved in a stupid, self defeating ‘holy war’ to eliminate the rest of us as biological rivals, so naturally they like to wage their war on us in a very passive aggressive manner, a big ‘accidental’ oil spill is perfect for that, as is oil extraction in other ‘brown’ parts of the world.

I see it this way because their behavior does create a very consistent pattern if you look at it ‘big picture’ enough, and I have. This 4/20 toxic ‘spill’ smacks of what I perceive as their global war on us.

The date is the DEAD giveaway as to their intent, but the suspicion is raised in the first place by the FACT that this ‘accident’ looks VERY deliberate. If you consider it an act of war, as I do, it was a very cheap and effective bio weapon against us. Especially if no one gets caught.

In other words, it’s A Very Serious War Crime.

Isn’t it amazing how the FACTS tell a different story with just a little different (Native American) spin?

If we really thought Halliberton et. al. had declared war on us as a people, then I’d say our president is either really letting us down, or in on it. Either way, we should be seriously thinking about impeaching him.

I said I would be a ‘butterfly’ to draw them out and create a ‘butterfly effect’ politically. I’m nothing but bait in a big old trap. So look what comes along and lands in it? A big old, oil burning cabal bent on destroying us all.

Just other wonderful example of how the rule of law works to protect the very interests, which gut America. Protect the due process rights of corporations, foreign and domestic like America once protected slave-owners? “Executive Oil” has truly fucked America in so many ways, and the current administration along with Congress cannot even protect the nation. Meanwhile $.80 cents of every American dollar spent on gasoline has been wasted. What a “deal” for America?

You’ve got the best interests of Obama and the Democrats in mind, I’m sure… Prof. Krugman, in “Divided We Fail,” ponders how bad it will be if Republicans win control of the House next week: Very, very bad.
