Blankenhorn’s testimony constitutes inadmissible opinion testimony

I’m hearing that there are other cases in front of this one, on their way. We’ll see.

I don’t know if this is true but wondering if part of the extended delay in issuing a ruling might have been to preclude the possibility of h8ters getting a new anti-equality proposition on the November ballot? Assuming the deadline for new ones has passed…

That is essentially what Walker’s ruling addresses.
