For the Quitter, it’s always someone else’s fault.

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin blames her upside-down approval rating among independents on one of her favorite foils: the media.

Palin, who serves as a paid commentator for Fox News, said on “Fox News Sunday” that “if I believed everything I read or heard in the media, I wouldn’t like me either.

Let’s review.

The Quitter made these comments on Faux News, where she has her own show. Pretty sure they’re part of “the media.”

She’s also paid millions of dollars to write books approve galleys appear on the cover of fiction published by HarperCollins — also part of the media. And her latest book touts the fact that she’s a “New York Times” bestselling author. Yep, think all that stuff would generally fall under “the media.”

Also, the Quitter has a deal in place for a show on Discover, “Sarah Palin’s Alaska.” Not to mention the fact that she loves to go on Oprah and splash herself and her train-wreck of a family all over the covers of Newsweek and People Magazine.

Media, media, media, media.

The problem for the Quitter is that the more Americans see her on Faux, read her books, and see her on the cover of magazines, the more they dislike her.

Still, you’d think that she could express the teeniest, tiniest bit of gratitude to the media for making her what she is today — a celebrity multi-millionaire — instead of blaming them for her shitty poll numbers.

The party of personal responsibility, blah, blah, blah…
