I had a sunset jog in a deep sand trail at the south end of the bay. Very nice and yoga at noon. Breathing slow and deep. Getting 8 stride to a breath cycle. Not much room for anxiety in my brain or body.

i liked vegas in the 70′s. the crowds were not megacrowds and ya could drive down the strip and not have to deal with horrible traffic.
