It also turns out that the deadline for filing for the primaries in Ohio has already passed.

There was a strange thread over at Dkos last night, where the diarist insisted that in the end, Kucinich would relent and vote for HCR. I have to wonder what motivates someone to post something like that.

Suppose that someone with influence at the White House reads and believes that.
* Then the White House would have no motivation to placate Kuninich by adding a public option.
* And then Kucinich might kill the bill by voting against it.
