I used that song as a theme for a play I wrote once. Don’t tell the band because I didn’t pay royalties, although they did get a program credit.

OFG, I had to do exercises (big thick rubber band attached to a door, had to pull it various ways) when I had a hurt shoulder. They really helped. Mine was rotator cuff injury, sorry I can’t recall right now if that is what’s wrong with your wing too.

hey sunny — its worth the wait :) sunsets are moving north at a fast rate — pretty soon they will be hidden by the grove of trees and i won’t be able to see them from my deck again until late fall. you still freezing?

Sunny cool breezy ala pleasant. Got some chores done in a lazy sort of way. Feelin kinda here and now not worried so much about much ado about nothing. Just breathing in the energy and breathing out the negative.

The yoga students are such a nice bunch it is a treat to be around them. Some I know some I am meeting but most are there and gone. Bikram pushes really hard and I tend to lesten to what my body says. But all say I am making excellent for such a short time. (around 6 weeks).

Lee Roy texted me to agree Taylor Swift had “Out-of Tune” running tonight…

I can’t find it either. But I had 3 albums-Sense of Direction, Stamp Album (my favorite) and FM Live. They were all great. That band was 20 years ahead of their time. Peter Haycock on guitar and Colin Cooper (who just passed away) on sax played simultaneous leads. Blew me away.

I’ll let you know if I find it.
