We don’t know what the restrictions on access to Medicare will be, so I question why anyone is out there promoting a pig in a poke.

Late Night: 99 Grünballoons |
| By: TBogg Wednesday December 9, 2009 8:21 pm |
Hey remember that Republican guy whose idea of “food, folks and fun” is wine, football, and beating and choking the shit out of his girlfriend so that she can’t say the safe word “green balloons”?
Public Option Remains Popular; Health Care Reform, Not So Much |
| By: Jon Walker Wednesday December 9, 2009 7:25 pm |
It isn’t rocket science, Sen. Reid. The public option has managed to maintain its strong majority support among the American people even after having one of the longest and most expensive political campaigns in recent history waged against it. Yanking it looks like a terrible move for the Democratic Party.
Bank-Friendly Dems Revolt on Financial Regulatory Reform |

Ethical Interrogations or Torture with a Pretty Name? New Documents Expose Fake “Rapport” Schemes |
| By: Jeff Kaye Wednesday December 9, 2009 5:32 pm |

| By: Jon Walker Wednesday December 9, 2009 3:30 pm |

He has been willing to bend over backwards to give in to almost every one of her demands. It is very unfortunate that Snowe decided to use her new-found power for evil instead of good.
Obama Claims Victory Over THIS? |
| By: Jane Hamsher Wednesday December 9, 2009 2:30 pm |
So far from what Obama promised when he announced his health care plan in 2007 it’s not even funny.
