Yup — it’s that time again. Let’s start the season with a classic non-traditional Christmas tune: Robert Earl Keen - Merry Christmas From The Family.
What’s on your mind?

I know that my eyes need checking, but I could not find a place to comment at first here, with O comments. Crikey, I’m old.
Oodles of doods! Weee!
missed the zed doodette — if ya scroll down you should see the submit comment button and the reply box is right above it
Well, now, that tune got me right in the holiday spirit! Thanks, Suz.
(looking down) doodette here, dood
dearie doodette — thank you. tis a favorite of mine
SUZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!
Where ya been . . . seems like ages!
I WONDERED when KPIG would rear it’s porky snout on this vid!
*G*
Now to see who’s dissin who up above . . . ;-)
[shoulda said "doodles." Those damn genitals screw up EVERYTHING!]
dood — i celebrate mondays are my day off each week
I should know, it is always the scroll down. I’ve been told again and again at work. How are you? We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving, but I know that you were so sick.
The Dude Abides!
Not what I meant, just seemed like ages!!!!!!
Geez, ok, FINE drag it out of me . . . (I missed ya, and I’m sure so did everyone else)
been enjoying the leftovers she sent home wtih me sunday — have a big pot going with the start of turkey rice soup (which should really be called turkey dinner soup)
ok.
fine.
i (gulp) missed you too ya big lug
Really, Suz,
Chicken and turkey soup keep me feeling well. Love them!
i’ve had to ship frozen turkey rice soup to stephanie before. she got homesick and was missing her post thanksgiving comfort food.
Too funny, made same yesterday! Had to clean the bird carcass out. Turkey n rice . . . n veggies.
Tossed in leftover gravy and left over mirepoix from cooking bird, too.
Had to freeze even MORE leftover bird meat, too!
But frig is now livable, again! LOL
I’m ready for a non turkey meal, stat . . . ;-)
Wrapped presents for family far away today. Gotta beat the postal lines. We’re having a trimmed down Christmas… everyone’s feeling the pinch, you know.
No kidding. STAT!
its gotta have the yams and left over smashed potatoes in it to qualify as turkey dinner soup. and it does clear out the fridge nicely. freezes very well.
Kelly was talkin baked pork chops with creamed kraut and dumplings below . . . sounds good!
I NOTICED, he’s not yet actually posted teh RECIPE part of the kraut and dumplings . . . damned arrogant Irish Chefs! ;-)
Oh! HI Kelly!!!! ;-)
i’ve done some online shopping and had them shipped directly to the girls. i’ve not put up a tree or decorated or celebrated in any way since 2003. haven’t had the christmas spirit like i used to.
Honey killed the smashed roasted garlic rosemary celery root n taters . . . and she did in the gravy pretty well, too, over Fr-Sun. I like that, haven’t put in left over taters in turkey rice soup . . . good call!!! *G*
i had about 2 tbs left of the yukon gold smashed but they went in. and i swished the bowl with pot liquid to make sure i got every last bit of it.
Get a room you two
guess it is the season that we start talking up christmas hams
You got yer hands full comin up, doncha!!!
Like I said below, yer havinen to much fun . . . I miss doing that, or having a place to DO that.
Up till this past year I’d often do stuff on a larger scale for us and our apt neighbors, on holidays, using my Brinkman and also a Weber Kettle. But in CA, ya can’t have bbq’s no more in apartments due to new state fire laws.
Suks.
ok. fine. i (gulp) missed you too theodore
Sometimes we don’t give each other gifts but give to Heifer International. They give farm animals to people all over the world.
Did that hurt too awful bad? lol
http://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox/125457f5f43d74ed
Hey Suz,
Here is our tree this year. Please reconsider …
Funny about them taters n gravy disappearing like that, in EVERY house, huh . . .*G*
Ahh, the “Eat Me” part of it, you’ve never understood.
Back in a mo with the details, you old kitchen pirate!
“No actually, we’re just good friends.”
doodette — that’s forking cool!
Yea, huh.
So much emo tonight
that links to gmail and won’t show the picture…
i don’t have a tree. i lost all my christmas ornaments lights decorations and chachkees when i moved to boulder creek. that box and a box with all my pots and pans went missing.
He’s confused ‘BITE ME’ for eat me . . . poor fellow, all the stress of hosting for holidays will put wrinkles in that pink lacy chef’s apron . . . ;-)
That is so neat! I had zero idea that was an alternative.
been a weird day
Huh, funny, I’ve worked with all KINDS of products in my time in the biz, but never with emu . . . bet it tastes just like chicken!
I love Heifer Intl! Such a good group. Sometimes we give to SaveTheWhale groups, too. But still, it’s nice for folks to have a little something to open on Christmas Eve/Day. Specially those so far away.
Maybe it tastes like rattlesnake. Rattlesnake tastes like chicken only more slimy.
400+ comments at David’s Prez Speech earlier.
Oddly enough, most of it in synch with antiwar sentiment.
Good group! *G*
Gators! *waves*
curently 34 fucking degrees outside and the weather dood said the forecast cold arctic air is still on its way and will arrive tomorrow or the next day
I never had gator or rattlesnake for that matter. Have eaten a lot of chicken though.
Aloha, Suzie-Q and Teddy and other LLN denizens…! ;-)
Is it headed in our direction?
CT!
aloha dood
Yeppers… We need to de-escalate…! I was sorely disappointed…!
local station has 4 weather reports in their 10pm hour — i’ll look at the map to see how far south it is supposed to go. its just like the arctic blast that brought us snow last december but is dry air so it is all cold and no eye candy
Erm, I’ll just say I totally get Suz’s video posted.
Proud WYO trash here!
It is 39 degrees outside right now. Pretty cold for here.
You lookin at mid 20’s???????
thanks kelly — i still have spam eating trailer trash (sett’s as theycall themselves) relatives.
How’s your side of the Pacific doing…? ;-)
Btw, I just made some yellow snow a few moments ago…! I wonder if I could send it to Sen. Coburn…
Last I saw we will hit 36F tonight or tomorrow, a couple of 38F’s, and mostly lo 40’s for 7-10 days . . .
Island Hoss! You back, mahn!
Yeah, depressiing. But the food porn in the past thread and this one keeps my spirits soaring!! *G*
hoping not. i figure being right on the water will help mitigate. gonna have to check the tide guide to see what time is low tide – the uncovered bay bottom has been known to ice over at low tide. i’m closer to the marsh end of the bay than the deeper bay mouth end.
Howdy, Mary…! 8-)
Sometimes we pick names out of a hat and then contribute to that person’s charity. Mine is Habitat.
Send some to Sen. Carper, too. And the fuckwad Senator who’s proposing a Stupak like amendment in the Senate bill. Grrrr . . .
Here’s Carper’s Work.
There will more on it tomorrow and to come . . . piece of shit work.
another weather segment up now…. should hover around 30 tonight but yeah the jet is gonna bring that arctic blast south towards ca by the weekend or so
Suzanne, I love fresh Christmas trees, but I often go to a daughter’s house at holiday, so I bought a really skinny artificial tree on sale at a lovely plant shop/decorator….on sale, after the holidays one year. I love the thing! I keep it up all year with little lights that give me some ambient lighting when I just need quiet. I always bought the Charlie Brown trees when I could find them, so this makes me happy. Pro rated over a number of years, my little skinny tree was practically free!
dood — habitat rocks!
I gots to say goodnight. I have brochures to make tomorrow. And a website to update.
These are all good things. Ya’ll be good now ya heah.
i’ve thought about getting one of them prelit artificial trees but… nothing makes the house smell like christmas faster than a real tree
and then i gotta get the stand and the ornaments and garland and i get all wistful about the missing ornaments collected since i was 18. the girls’ first ornaments.. the handmade paper mache chain….
Uh-oh, I hadn’t heard about that one…! 8-(
I thought Reid was gonna get rid of it on the senate side and thereby be able to reconcile it outta the final bill…
Haley Smith started a mulch business so she could give the proceeds to Heifer International. Good cause.
g’nite mary
Good news!!! COngrats! Niters . .
dood — up late tonight?
Ben Nelson is proposing an amendment that is identical to Stupak.
Sac Forecast Info
Yep, too lazy to go to bed.
I guess it’s an aloha and an aloha… eh? ;-)
Good! Weee! Party!
Sac forecast? What’s the correct climatic term for dangly?
i totally hear ya. sat with my butt glued to the computer chair many a nite when i shudda put my ass to bed
It would be ConservaDem Ben, I swear they’re trying, err… succeeding in making the bill as unpalatable as possible…! 8-(
They do amazing work and they’ve never been busier, unfortunately.
Sick for the holiday, Suz? That sux!
how dangly?
yup told the sad tale here
Yeah, sorry that you lost those treasures. I don’t much decorate my little tree…..it’s like 6 and a half feet tall and maybe 2 feet wide….just perfect for a small house. I light pine candles.
So we’re sending in another 30,000 troops to prevent the Taliban from taking over the rest of Afghanistan thereby giving Al Qaeda yet another sanctuary where they can plot to bankrupt America (their stated objective) in addition to:
* Somalia
* Western Pakistan
* Minneapolis
* Hamburg
* The portion of Afghanistan currently held by the Taliban
* Everywhere that has a computer running NetMeeting.
The debate’s just starting as of Monday, in the Senate.
Aside from ONE woman senator’s legis proposal for making ALL women’s prev testing FREE and avail to ALL women, it’s been gloom info from the Upper Chamber . . . but it’s all just to get riled about, NOTHING close to being done yet. A week or two more of debate, proposals, back room meetings, and more.
We are lucky that it’s being shown on CSPAN, and people in blogs are reporting on it, ’specially FDL and its heroes like Jane, Jon W and David at News Desk . . . I fear the worst of watered down reform to benefit med complex and pricate insurance, little to really reform or control rising prices or increasing coverage for all in an affordable manner.
Not to mention the fears of A Commission to study social program entitlement reductions as PART of the final HCR bill to be passed and signed by Obama . .
christmas has always been about family and memories. i’m a solo now and just can’t get the energy up (nor the $$$) to start ’cause i know i’ll just get depressed wishing for what once was.
Male or female? Kelly called the female form doodles, earlier . . . *G*
I should probably rig a way to compute while using a recumbent bike or a treadmill. Keep running into that lazy thing, though. Too bad thinking about exercise doesn’t yield the same results.
*G*
40 plus F in Wasilla Alaska. Wet and messy too. I got run off the road this morning on the way to work. I’m OK, car’s mostly OK.
i had to use a forking excersie bike for pt after multiple knee surgeries. i don’t think i could gilligan — unless it was absolutely positively the only way i could power up the computer
dood — did they catch the forker?
Ooh, that totally sux, Suz…! I also was a guest as opposed to my usual host… How did Jen take it…?
Uh, is that like, REALLY unseasonably warm up there? *shock*
And geez, glad YOU are safe and car is mostly . . . any chance of catching the asshat?
You. Are. A. Bad. Man!
This war thing and this political season are pissing me off.
I sang this 1/21/2008 and is still true. Love the message, hate the singer…
This is my second favorite christmas carol ever, right after “Why Don’t We Do It In The Road?”.
she put on a brave face and tried not to look disappointed in her worst mom in the world. we did have a good time sun celebratign with leftovers
I clicked that link with some trepidation. Good video.
It was great seeing Jane on with David Shuster and Rachel… *swoon*
right now my fav is the christmas jug band’s santa lost a ho. this is a close second.
*wicked evil grin quickly transformed into innocent look*
It was really icy and it was a HS kid that lost control – he was sliding all over the place, coming toward me. My choice – hit him or hit the snow bank on the side of the road. Easy choice.
A great song, and good on you . . . well done, hoss.
If they screw up your cooking you should definitely consider wearing an apron.
yikes. a heart thumper for sure
Been there done that (snow drift, that is). Glad it turned out okay.
Dam! Well, that just means you have an off-the-charts Christmas. *s*
That’s Dan Hicks and pals isn’t it? Lordy . . . lol
yup
It made a third cup of coffee unnecessary.
Ah, not malicious intent . . . sigh, still though . . . glad yer well . .
More OK for my students at UAA. They get to wait two more days to have to take their last exam before finals.
Oh, and of course this one’s a close second (or third, w/ev).
*spews*
Oof, never a dull moment, eh…? Great to see ya again…!
lousy video and terrible audio with crowd noise
When I went off the road it was minus 25 with a windchill of 70 below. After the tow-truck pulled me out the car overheated on the way home. When I popped the hood there was snow packed in the engine compartment so tight the fan couldn’t move. Crazy.
bad url dood :(
Got a malformed code message from youtube . . . .
jeez louise et. shrudder and shiver
I prefer adding something like beef stock for flavor…
Mill Valley Anarchists!!! *G*
Hiya, CT! I’ve been busier this semester than any time in the past ten years. Loving it!
Listening to General Sean Hannity and Sen. McPain in the background. I despise Hannity so much I’m almost ready to defend Obama on the escalation.
Whew, where were you… Northwest Territories…? ;-)
I can find the song or the band on YouTube, but not both at once.
Sounds fun, tho.
I lucked out, there was a good Samaritan headed in the opposite direction who saw it happen and gave me a ride to the nearest gas station. Couple miles, wouldn’t have been a pretty tough hike in those conditions.
i know.. how sad.. i listen to the good audio on this one but skip the first minute (with the hokey voiceover)
I hope the teenager learned something about easing up. I made my own kids learn to drive on stick and by practicing on the ice covered parking lot at our local K-Mart, which was closed on Sundays. A nice slide on the ice does wonders for wising a kid up!
Yeah. When I got pulled out, there was a lot of snow packed underneath the front end. It drove funny. My winter car’s an Outback. I drove home, put it into my shop, cranked up the heat and melted all the snow that had been shoved in there. It took about 5 hours for it to melt off.
i did not have to drive on snow this past winter — if there was snow i stayed home. stocked up ahead of storms. i hope to duplicate my non-use of chains again this year.
It’s extremely disturbing to know that so many people actually listen to him and Billo and Limp balls, etc…!
He was a lot more shaken up than I was, but he didn’t get nearly as stuck as I did.
Apologies.
Fairytale of New York makes a great Xmas listen.
What was General Hannity’s views? How about Senator Palin.
Between the two of them they have something like zero years of military service, right?
Central Illinois. While I was standing up to my thighs in snow as the tow driver hooked up the chain I thought “This is the coldest I have ever been.” The next night the windchill was only 65 below. After a couple hours trying to jump start my car to leave work I thought, “No, THIS is the coldest I’ve ever been.” Got a nice case of frostbite through two pairs of gloves. Good times.
Luves me some Pogues, thanks for that one . . . it’s a goodie, ain’t it . . .
dood — she’s a military mom who can see russia from her house
I understand. ‘Cept I think I was almost as shaken up as the driving teacher with each of my kids! I just thought that it was important for them to GET it. They all actually did get it. None ever has had an accident. I think sliding across the K-Mart lot at 15 years old while driving a stick shift was a good education. Heavy breathing, for sure!
oh that is sweet
I have a question for the people here who have organized protests. When you went to get permits were you required to estimated a number of people who would attend? Was the cost of the permit based on that size?
What happened if you estimated 100 people and 1200 showed up? Did the people who issues the permit then send you a bill for the difference between a 100 person permit and a 1200 person permit?
If after you got your estimate wrong one year did you go back the next year and estimate the same lower number to get a cheaper permit?
hey santa claus
A coworker was driving home one night with his wife and little girl in a carseat. It was winter but the roads were pretty clear. When he turned onto the exit ramp he hit a patch of black ice, still at nearly highway speed. The car spun 360 degrees and came out of the spin heading in the right direction. His kid yelled from the back seat, “Do it again, Dad!”
dr kirk has a diary at sem about his work during the seattle wto protests…. might be a good place to ask
The Boss tells a Christmas story. He told lots of stories as lead-ins in the early days.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNEiBVQN16U
That reminds me of another individual… the sheer audacity Che-nee displayed today with his Politico interview… In particular, his whining about Obama’s apologies to all those foreign leaders…
I remember a certain talk radio host getting very upset when he heard people say that about Palin. “That was TINA FEY! Palin NEVER SAID THAT!” Considering he has made it a career of misrepresenting the comments of politicians I found it rather hilarious.
But my favorite part of the Tina Fey/Palin skit was when she used Palins EXACT WORDS. I heard her and the writer talk to Terry Gross about those skits. I loved hearing about the development of the writing.
and do it faster daddy! ex #1 got a speeding ticket from his son in the back seat asking him to go faster daddy on some rolling hill that if ya hit just right give ya rollercoaster flip-flops in the belly.
I was told once that I had been in 0-5F for a night on a XCountry ski trip, but was completely outfitted for it.
Can NOT fathom minus temps, or anywhere close to what you did with windchills.
It’s death coming for yas, one misstep away.
Wow.
boss has a buncha xmas songs on utube. some good stuff in there
Yeah, that trumps military service, right?
707…!
My kids each said, “holy shit….sorry, Mom” when they learned that ice is slippery and that stick shift cars are rather complex. Outta control was not something they liked……at all. Then I sent them to real driving school. But they knew stuff they for-sure didn’t learn at real driving school.
Well, It’s time to head outside again… Ta-ta…!
*waving*
Dang, Winterland, ‘78!
Missed THAT one!
Dang! *G*
Great story!
We usually have some minus temps but I think that was our coldest night on record. Nearly 20 years and still holding. After it has been in the negative teens for awhile positive single digits actually feels pretty cozy.
Aloha CT.
Strong stock you heartland folks . . ;-)
tonights the first night i’ll dip to freezing or below this season. the 52 sunday nite was a lot warmer in comparison.
but you caught the Dead on New Year’s Eve that year, right?
Cop didn’t buy that excuse?
I read something recently about a guy who got a DUI (and more) for driving with his grandson on the roof of the car.
nope — press hard 4 copies have a good day sir. i heard about that guy with the grandson on the roof of the car on my local news. (shaking head)
I was at the one at the Capitol Theater in 1978-10th row, left of center.
It’s snowing here now. And it’s going to be cold, real cold, for a while.
I like happy endings.
stephanie is in kansas until next week when she returns to co. her first lotsa snow winter. when she was in st george utah they would get snow but it didn’t last long. she’s a california girl with no real snow experience. glad she is without her car while she is learning how to handle snow.
And last night the Pacific was throwing a hissy fit on the Central Coast……I awoke to the crashing waves at 1:30 a.m. and checked out my kitchen door to see if waves were lapping at the threshhold…..and I’m a half-block off the beach. Fortunately no. But, wow, do I need a good night’s sleep after the activity around here!
didja get the light worked out with the neighbor?
She e-d me. She won’t be here till after the weekend. The shit will pass by then. She’ll be just fine.
Can’t recall . . . forget where I was working so can’t get a grip on it. Recall where I was living, great place, but can’t recall where I was working. THAT would have reminded me if I was able to take a night off to go. Mostly had to work holidays back in them daze . . . but there were times when I WASN’T tied to managing kitchens and could have taken off for a show on a holiday . . . where was it in ‘78? I recall ONE NY Eve show at Oakland Auditorium somewhere between ‘77 and ‘80 I got to . . .
IIRC he left the 3-year old unattended in the apartment while he took the 6-year old for a drive. Probably not a serious contender for babysitter of the year.
Think I’ll head out. Splendid evening to all.
The wind died down; the neighbor trimmed his palm; all okay for now. But we’ve had tsunami warnings, then the firefighters mistook my house for a 911 call, then winds….and we’ve had fires. I’m ready for some quiet time!
whew — thanks. already been through the ‘are we driving with tornados’ phone call. don’t want the ‘is this a blizzard’ one.
Weren’t they doing New Years at Winterland during that time frame?
oh geez….. sending ya quiet peaceful wishes
Roughly speaking, where ARE you on the Central Coast? Half block from beach?
Darlene Love Christmas kickin’ it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mbzhrjz_gVc
Don’t know year by year . . . . I saw a couple of Winterland shows in the 70’s, one in ‘73 or so at Cow Palace, I think. At least one in Berkeley, forget the venue, not Greek Theatre . . . I MIGHT have seen a NY Eve show post ‘80, ‘82 maybe . . . THAT might have been Oakland Auditorium . . . can’t put it together with jobs and roomie’s, which is how I recall a LOT of shows back then . . lol gotta have a linkage of some sort, the rest was blurred!
one of my top 5 non-traditional christmas songs. never heard her do this one before… sweet
The ‘Nard. Hey, those who are right on the beach are fancy; the rest of us are down home. We’re far enough off the 101 that no one really comes here. It’s redneck heaven, and I love it.
Yep, ‘78! You called it!
Huh, I’ve never thought of Oxnard as Central Coast?
South of SLO is to me So Cal . . . but hey, I’m stuck in the godforsakenvalleythattimeforgot, what do I know about beach life anymore!!! lol
That’s weird. They list Jerry, Phil, Bob, and Donna but not Keith, Bill, or Mickey. Surely they were there. As I recall Keith and Donna were forced out of the band, always felt kind of bad about that and Keith’s untimely exit in 1980.
Okay, going for real now. See y’all.
g’nite rat — nice seeing your fonts here on the dark side
Letterman has her sing it on his Christmas show every year. She still rocks it! He also has Jay Thomas on to throw footballs at the tree top pizza and tell this story.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KhB4kDwZu7M
i quit watching letterman years ago. looks like i’ve missed some goodies
Yep, we’re the bottom of the Central Coast. Lois Capps is our Rep. We’re still farm land, though we’re struggling to hang on to it. I drive through strawberry fields and celery fields to get to work. Ventura is called “Bakersfield by the Sea” — I suppose that Oxnard is an overgrown “Delano by the Sea.” We’re 67% Hispanic, I think. The fancies near the beach think of themselves as residents of “Channel Islands.” The rest of us just carry on. We are definitely not L.A.
i learned living in santa cruz county that the central coast is defined as monterey bay down to santa barbara. south of s/b is southern cal.
edit: at least that is what i was told
nice to see cbs is hosting the utube channel with that last letterman clip
wish more networks would do that
I don’t know the ‘official’ line-drawing, but we are more like Santa Maria than like L.A., and we are represented by Lois Capps. Probably some of Oxnard is in Elton Gallegly’s district….I’m not sure. But we are ‘country’ — not at all the sophisticated Southern California. Our local NPRs call us Central Coast.
I basically watch the Christmas show, Robin Williams and good musical guests. But I do love the way he marginalizes that Palin woman.
that is a hilarious story
the contention i always heard was up at my end.. was santa cruz part of the central coast or was it part of the sf bay area.
Hmmm, google shows dif maps defining CA Central Coast, one that shows SLO as southern border, one showing Santa Barbara as southern border.
And map shows Oxnard south of Santa Barbara . .
As a NorCal person, I always thought of anything south of SLO as SoCal.
And I don’t limit LA and region to the SoCal designation . . . . but that’s just me.
Oxnard must be nice . . . all that rural . . . is it more affordable than Santa Cruz and Monterey?
Do you like Lois Capps, Dearie? She seems pretty strong form here.
time for me to head out. token goes to the doggy beauty shop tomorrow so he will stop smelling like the decapitated chipmunk he was rolling in.
thanks for all the conversations and music tonight. g’nite all
In San Mateo we ALWAYS referred to Santa Cruz to SLO as ALL Central Coast.
But hey, we were city folk . . lol
I guess from Half Moon Bay to about Davenport at the most, was Bay Area Coast or NorCal Coast.
Northern Coast is north of Golden Gate . . . funny how these things are ‘named’ and mean dif things to dif folks!
I never knew!
Isn’t it? I laugh every year. And the story always changes a bit.
Well, nice chatting witcha Pups, I’m headed to SandMan zone too . . .
Ventura County is one of those transition areas, I think. Southern end is Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village — and they would definitely claim to be part of Los Angeles and Southern California. Santa Barbara is much more ’sophisticated’ than Ventura County…but much of Santa Barbara County is divinely rural! Oxnard is kind of old school. The Oxnard Plain is one of the most wonderful growing areas. Recently a developer dug up 24 feet deep of growing soil to put in more marina. The fields around me are fertile 12 months a year. It’s a lovely place — and off the main driving route. Ask Demi; she’s camped at McGrath beach, just up the road from me. And, yes, Santa Cruz is Central Coast…. so NOT SF Bay Area. Oxnard is probably more affordable than Santa Cruz and Monterey, especially now. But the beach has always held a price. I grew up in the Santa Clara Valley when it was still filled with fruit trees; this area is losing its fields, but it still has that agricultural sense that I so love.
I do like Lois Capps. I wish she would speak up more strongly, but she’s doing what she does. I think she is straight.
Uh-oh, I see that a few pups have swum to shore…! Thankfully the winds have died down so it’s manageable outside…!
Yeah, she seems like a straight shooter. More of those in the House than in the Senate.
Fork Carper and his thug friends. And why is Reid having Carper do his bidding?
