I have a 4 month, a 1 year 4 month (baby girls) their 22 year old mom and 31 year old dad that can’t find work and I found panhandling at the local supermarket. We got 2 boxes of diapers, wipes and formulas today. Nice to have a family here.

Hi Folks! I want to keep you up to date on my research into the tea partiers events.

It turns out that the taxpayers of San Diego had to absorb all the costs of a corporate sponsored anti-tax event. The Tea Partiers didn’t have to pay any fees. They didn’t even have to get insurance or pay for parking like all other corporate events. Very clever of the insurance companies!

My next step is to see if the same type of event set up by people on the left also don’t have to pay any fees. My understanding is that people who have set these up in the past had to pay fees and have insurance.

This is corporate money as speech at it’s finest, hiding behind a non-profit PAC in order to avoid fees and get legitimacy as “free speech”

Broadcast networks planning to broadcast the speech on Tuesday include ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC and PBS.
Cable networks planning to broadcast the address include CNBC, CNN, C-SPAN, Fox Business Network, Fox News Channel and MSNBC.

Actually it is kind of them to put up with me. My friends found them 2 day jobs and another found them a one apartment. All very fullfilling. CA has a Preventing Homeless program that will pay first,last, deposit and 3 months. Next get jobs.

Eureka: I’ll do some research and talk to some local left groups on San Diego. I think that the park facilities manager is fair to people who say, “This is a opinion rally.” What I tried to point out to him is that this might have looked like a political opinion rally but it was not. Now he didn’t care who they were backed by (I told him which corporations paid for the PAC) he just cared what they did at the event.

The key things that tip it are entertainment, fundraising and selling stuff.
and it turns out that (according to the tea baggers own accounts) they did all those things.

The corporate sponsors knew how to play the ‘grass roots free speech card’ and then violate the rules.

I protest the falicy that only slightly less than seven hundred billion dollars have been allocated for the wars. They allocated on top of that huge budgets for the Defense Dept. State Dept. and many other departments and Agencies that have funneled huge sums though them to the Wars.

It is in the trillions these wars have cost, and that is before the costs of the Vets and their care is added in.

The costs of the dead, costs to our economy, and costs to our future cannot be added because they are far above the dollar amounts, and are not fully realized.
